About the Journal

Horizonte Científico Educativo International Journal (HCEIJ), edited and published by Asesores Educativos S.A.S., is an international, refereed, peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to the dissemination, analysis, and critical reflection in the field of education. Founded in January 2025, HCEIJ is a biannual publication that has established itself as a rigorous academic forum promoting the publication of high-impact research related to pedagogical processes, teacher education, educational innovation, public policies in education, and other emerging topics in the educational sphere.

HCEIJ’s core purpose is to foster the generation of scientific knowledge in education that contributes to the transformation of teaching practices, curriculum design, inclusion, interculturality, the use of technology for learning, and continuous improvement across the various levels of the educational system.

The journal welcomes original contributions from national and international authors, including research articles, critical reviews, case studies, scholarly essays, and systematizations of educational experiences.
