Horizonte Científico International Journal (HCIJ) publishes all of its content under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows for the reproduction, distribution, adaptation, transformation, and reuse of articles, including for commercial purposes, provided that proper credit is given to the original authors and the source (the journal) is clearly cited.

Under the terms of this license, users are permitted to:

These permissions are subject to the following conditions:

Authors retain full moral and economic rights to their work after publication in HCIJ. The journal actively encourages the digital dissemination of published articles through institutional repositories, academic networks, and scientific platforms, in order to expand their reach, visibility, and academic impact.

Authors are encouraged to deposit their articles in trusted repositories such as:

  • Sherpa/RoMEO

  • Dulcinea

  • Diadorim

  • University or institutional repositories

This practice contributes to the long-term preservation of scientific content and facilitates open and sustainable access to academic knowledge.
