The purpose of this study was to develop a revolutionary educational model for English language teaching in virtual classrooms, using Moodle as a learning management system for 8th, 9th, and 10th grade students at the Colegio de Bachillerato “Leovigildo Loayza Loayza,” with the aim of enhancing academic performance and the acquisition of language skills, a combined methodology (qualitative-quantitative) was used. The sample included 90 students and two English teachers. The research was structured in four stages: diagnosis and planning, implementation and development, evaluation of results, and conclusions. Pre-tests and post- tests, semi-structured interviews, discussion groups, perception questionnaires, and evaluation of activity logs in Moodle were used. The findings showed statistically significant progress (p<0.001) in English skills, particularly in listening comprehension (25%) and written expression (20%). Ninety percent of students reported increased motivation, with task completion rates of 80-95%. It can be concluded that the use of Moodle is an effective tactic for improving English language teaching, changing the role of the teacher and promoting independent learning among students.
